a satisfactory experience
spacious room quiet room thin quilt metal cabinet
the room was spacious and quiet. the bathroom included both a bath and a shower. i found this quite charming after a long journey. the room was a standard double room.
the quilt on the bed was thin. i felt chilly during the night because of this. the view from one window was of metal cabinets stored outside.

quiet room, great meals
pleasant welcome comfy bed clean room peaceful setting
i enjoyed the pleasant welcome i received at check-in. the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. the bathroom was good and included all the essentials. the location offered a peaceful setting and i found it ideal for relaxation.

the room had ample space with an en suite bathroom. breakfast was self-service and very good with multiple choices. rooms were spacious and comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep.

the hotel is situated in a lovely peaceful setting and includes a waterfall. i enjoyed sitting next to the waterfall in the sunshine with a glass of wine. the surrounding area added to the overall experience.

convenient parking pretty gardens
The parking was convenient. I appreciated that the hotel was clean. The staff was courteous and efficient. The gardens offered an area with outside chairs and umbrellas.

breakfast option patio area hotel appearance air conditioning
i appreciated the delicious breakfast options . the patio area was nice. terri, charlotte, and emily were all very helpful and friendly.
I noticed the hotel appears somewhat dated. the bathroom could have been cleaner. This was a bit disappointing. also, i found no air conditioning in my room, stuffy.

missing towel rack faulty tv remote
Our bathroom lacked a towel rack. So towels ended up piled on the sink. the tv remote also didn't work properly. It was annoying to constantly get up to change the channels. the staff didn't seem too concerned when i mentioned these issues at checkout. That lack of follow-up was disappointing.
